Need help analyzing why my OBS keeps crashing.......

my recordings in obs are choppy and laggy on r6
good morning i am kind o new to obs studio and i have been noticing that my recordings are kind of choppy and laggy, with a few fps drops. my specs: 1660ti i5 11400f 16 gb 3600mhz 1.5 tb ssd I dont have game DVR on and i have game bar on, computer is fully optimized and ive gone thought...- icbliitz
