For the past month or so I've had moments during streams where my bitrate would drop to 0, essentially ending the stream (while I'm still able to play the game I'm streaming and browse the web), before the bitrate shoots up to something like 11 or 12k and stabilizes again. Sometimes these drop...

When I press 'Start Streaming', the kb/s indicator turns green and starts about 270 (still extremely poor), it then drops to around 15, then to 0, and then occasionally spikes back up to like 10-100 kb/s. I don't know what the cause of this is, OBS was fine just yesterday averaging around...
