Background text pull from http/RSS/something to file. OBS get text from file. Display.
Am looking for a script, or something, which will (on a Windows box) -- in the background -- query some source of data -- every so many minutes/seconds/hours -- retrieve text from that internet source -- parse that text (to find and remove stuff... sed awk grep) -- write text to file -- OBS...- Mike Barker
