frozen video

Hello all! So my last 2 streams, Ive run into the issue where my video will freeze randomly. The audio seems to still be fine, but video totally frozen. Ill deactivate my ElGato in OBS, and turn it back on and itll be back to normal. Not sure whats going on. Im at the most recent update...
