so I was trying to stream today to YouTube but my framerate was dropping by 60 percent and my kbps was fluctuating from 0 to 200 constantly. In the old profile I couldn't even stream YouTube but on this new profile its at least fluctuating and buffering but on the old old profile twitch stream...
