fetching video problems

I have an old and slow computer I know.. but I am only using it to run obs to fb live with a capture card with a ps4 feed. I have obs running smooth and with auto setup. When I hit stream my fb page starts to fetch the video but never does. sat for 5 10 mins waiting nothing I turn setting down...
