    OBS Edit Transform Not Working on Windows 7

    Hi I've been recording NeoRageX emulator on Windows 10 and I could edit transform to have full screen, but after I've switched to Windows 7 it stopped working and so it records on he top left in a small size... I tried OBS 22, 24 and 27 it's the same shxx. Even "fit to scrren" or "stretch to...
