    Stratup Crash with Kernelbase.dll problem

    I have been using safe mode for a month now because OBS won't launch due to some unknown error. I have reinstalled the program and done a clean reinstall of all drivers like GPU, IGPU, etc. to try to fix this issue, but it didn't work. I really need help to fix this issue.
