delayed live

I am trying to simultaneously record a live event in OBS and then playback that same recording with a 5 minute delay, while continuing to record. I've been reading about instant replay features and instant replay and that doesn't exactly fit my application. This is more like a delayed live...

Is it possible to pause or set a cue on a live source and then playback a few minutes later? (like delayed live video) Not really looking for instant replay, because it will only do like 20 seconds or whatever is specified, right? I really need a solution to add a cue or pause live video, and...
