crashing obs

Hi all, OBS has now started to crash after I just updated OBS. 32.0.4 The OBS crash repost window hangs with no way to close it. I have to restart my computer to move forward. I also have Various Audio Ads playing all the sudden playing out of the blue with no scenes selected... WTF is going...

I attached my OBS crash report. This happened after I got stuck in a stream elements SE.Live update loop. I tried to install the newest version of obs, and now it keeps crashing.
