crash after 3 minutes

So it's just as it sounds, i have even moved to stream labs which was all fine and cool even when i imported my settings from obs. But now that's doing the same thing in less time. i heard it might be because i'm on a ryzen 7 but i've never had issues before. My graphics driver is fully updated...
