    Camera Stuttering

    Since I got my new PC, my camera on OBS started stuttering pretty bad. I used to be able to fix it by deactivating the camera then reactivating it, but now that trick doesn't fix the issue. I don't know how to fix this issue and all I want to do is stream. Please someone help!
