I'm streaming LOL on YouTube, and it's blurry. I downloaded it for editing, and the entire video is blurry. I downloaded the video from YouTube Studio; it's my stream. In the video, I have the encoder preset set to high. My internet speed is 100 Mbps up and down. I have the game capped at 60 fps...
