black screen pc

As you can tell from the picture and the title , I have a black screen on my OBS preview. I've checked if my display capture has all the necessary things for it to work and it does but it still doesn't show up. I've tried to fix the problem myself , looked on YouTube , use this sites wiki but...

Good day, everyone. I'll try to be as detailed as possible... running W10 1903 on a PC. Have streamed a lot of games so far with no problem, until yesterday. Everything shows as a black screen on Game Capture, but Display Capture works fine. Everything gets weirder from here on out...
