audio bit rate

Hi, Ive been getting several notifications on my YouTube studio page stating that my current audio bitrate is not set to the recommended number which is 128 and i put it on that number and i still get the notification stating that i need to set it to that recommended bitrate. I don't know why...

I want to record some long videos in a faster speed. When I try to play that later in a slower speed, the audio is getting distorted. Is there any way to solve this
