areo problem

Everytime i run OBS with areo, everything suddenly gets so laggy and choppy. Without areo everything is fine. But when i turn off areo, i have screen tearing mainly on videos which gets very annoying when it comes to making a reaction video. There's absolutely no screen tearing on the video...
