    Why can't NVIDIA NVENC H.264 and other encoders be found in 31.0.0 and later OBS, no such problems in previous versions, anyone know why?

    I've posted screenshots of both versions of the encoder Settings If the staff sees a light fix to this issue will restore the new version to the previous encoder selection Settings option. we need more encoders!
