By connecting your video feed to the free OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), XVLIVEMANAGER automatically overlays all match information on screen in a clear and professional way.
And afterwards? A complete match summary is generated automatically (score, scorers, lineups, etc.), saved in a folder on your PC, organized by date, and accessible at any time.

XVLIVEMANAGER is a local, standalone software solution designed and developed in France for managing and enhancing rugby matches, as well as live broadcasting on all platforms (OBS Studio, YouTube, Facebook Live, Twitch, etc.).

Please note that the requirements for OBS/Streaming are different from those for XVLIVEMANAGER.
Step 1: OBS WebSocket (Activation and Operation)
6.2 Connection between XVLIVEMANAGER and OBS
When you open the XVLIVEMANAGER interface (in your browser), it automatically connects to OBS.
It uses the local IP address of your computer.
6.3 Match Operation
IMPORTANT: Always remember to click on “STOP SERVER” after you have finished using the application.

- Go to https://obsproject.com/en
- Click on “Windows” then download the file
- Open the downloaded file and follow the installation steps
- Go to xvlivemanager.fr
- Click on “Free Download” then download the file
- Open the downloaded file and follow the installation steps
- If a black window opens and remains open, this is normal: do not close it, it is the local server.
6.1 OBS Guide
Please note that the requirements for OBS/Streaming are different from those for XVLIVEMANAGER.
Step 1: OBS WebSocket (Activation and Operation)
- In OBS, go to the top menu “Tools” then click on “WebSocket Server Settings”
- Check the box to enable the WebSocket server, verify that the server port is 4455
- Check the box “Use authentication” and enter the password: xvlivemanager
- Click “Apply” then “OK”
- In the Sources section (by default, the second section from the left), click on the + and select “Browser”.
- Name it: layout-01 then click OK
- In the URL field, enter: http://localhost:5000/layout-01
- Set the size, for example: width 1920 and height 1080
- Click OK
- Repeat this process 3 more times for the following layouts:
- layout-02 → http://localhost:5000/layout-02
- layout-03 → http://localhost:5000/layout-03
- layout-04 → http://localhost:5000/layout-04
6.2 Connection between XVLIVEMANAGER and OBS
When you open the XVLIVEMANAGER interface (in your browser), it automatically connects to OBS.
