Free TwitchControl 2.0.1

Please only use this version. The previous version had an issue showingthe authorizing web page at the beginning.

Now called TwitchControlN

- Removed the IE9 control for authorizing
- changed to twitch api v6
- curl.exe not longer used
- Shows pictures of categories
- built-in search-function for categories (see help.txt!)
- Easy handling and storing of tags
- generates desktop-shortcuts for silently switching

Please report any problems, this is the first release completely re-written!

Compatibiliy tp twitch API v5
Some bug-fixes (JavaScript errors at first login/Some letters at login pressed buttons of the gui and lead to an error "Please fill out all 5 fields!").

Start TwitchControl with i.e. "CS GO" as start-parameter and it switches to this preset silently with no output-messages. Can now be triggered by MidiKey2Key (https://75r.de/midikey2key). Check the included help-file.
