This tool is originally for a Touhou tournament streamed on bilibili. It's a refactored version of "Countdown to time" created by Duisterethomas, in Lua. It has an intuitive and easy interface as the vanilla version did.
Installing yet another Python environment is bothering for some. Lua is natively supported by OBS and requires no pre-run setup.
Haven't tested on any other version besides 29.1.1 on Windows. Probably work for you.
