This is a tool I made for myself (originally not standalone). But I saw a possible interest to others for this.
Script will use the window title of any foreground full-screen application, and amend this title to the filename. The renames are done in bulk between events in order to not mess with the initial start of the re-muxing process.
Executable can be defined for excluding full-screen titles, or including windowed titles.
