Let's you encode streams from an NDI source and send using RIST.
Select the codec and transport type, enter the URL of the destination and click start.
Has dynamic bitrate control based on the link quality feedback from the RIST transport.
The server half of the project receives from the NDI RIST Encoder and transcodes to FLV over RTMP for sending to the usual suspects of live streaming destinations
I've been using the testing setup of this workflow to stream AV1 out of locations with poor bandwidth at about 720P 3Mbps and restream to YouTube and Facebook at 1440P 10Mbps to 20Mbps H264 and the results have been as good as free to air TV.
