Added Plugin Host2 feature. Device IO improvements. Minor fixes and tweaks.

Plugin host now reports transport playback to plugins. E.g. Izotope Ozone AI Assistant seems to require this.
Restructured project. Download includes a .zip file with default directory structure and dll file for manual/portable Windows installation.
