YouTube Shorts Setting

From what I can gather, videos must be shot in vertical orientation with a 9:16 aspect ratio and 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels resolution but can also be square. Also that YouTube Shorts can be up to 60 seconds in length.
In OBS, go to Settings, Video and set the Base and Output Resolution to 1080x1920
Once you are done with that, go to Tools, Output Timer and you can set a time there.
