Question / Help ubuntu 14.04 connection problems

Hi. When trying to use obs studio from the ppa ive been getting this error every attempt. "Could not access the specified channel or stream key. This could be because of the key/channel is invalid, or because the server still thinks you are logged in." My stream key has been refreshed and doesnt help. Thanks

This is a somewhat normal issue, and generally twitch's advice is to wait 15 minutes and try again, especially if the stream key is the correct stream key. Is it still happening despite that fact?
