Totally new obs

I could create my own video once putting together video clips and adding subtitles etc. Now I am totally lost. it seems that OBS is now only for streamers and video captures. Or am I wrong? I hope I am as I liked OBS studies as it was before.

I could before import my different recorded videos and add images and scrolling title text etc. Is there a help file somewhere that helps me get back to this work?

Hello Aeolian: I don't know the history of OBS Studio, so I can't compare the current version to OBS Studio as it was before. But certainly the current version is primarily for streaming and recording.

During live streaming or recording, you could overlay images and title text onto a video (added from a media file), but OBS is not a video editor, and might not be the best solution for your case.
