OBS always crashes when attempting to close

Every time I go to close OBS, it freezes, and then I have to hit close program to get it to actually close. I've tried to validate files, do a fresh install, delete all my scenes, but nothing works. I've tried it in safe mode and normal mode as well but nothing helps. I can't even get a crash report because when I try to close OBS, it just infinitely spins.

This almost 100% of the time happens due to a plugin. Update or remove the plugins you installed.
