No Sound Playing

Hi!

One of our users is on Mac trying to view/edit a web based video from the Cowboy Channel, but there is no sound playing. So far I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, as well as, ensured it had the proper permissions. Any assistance would be most appreciated.

The issue seems related to the advanced audio properties Just a guess here.

1. Clic on the gear icon in the Audio Mixer window
2. In the Audio Monitoring column find your source row
3. Select for your source "Monitor and Output" in order to hear the sound coming from your source
