Hey everyone,
I've been experiencing some lagging issues with OBS screen capture on Wayland in GNOME. Whenever I try to record my screen, the CPU ussage goes up a lot and the FPS goes down.
Interestingly, I'm not experiencing this issue on KDE. Screen capture works perfectly fine on KDE/Wayland, but I prefer using GNOME for my daily work. I've tried different screen capture tools on GNOME, and the issue suprisingly disappeared, but I need to use OBS.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a fix or workaround that I can try? I'm running GNOME 43.4 on Arch Linux.
