I have a problem regarding the drop in graphics card resource utilization when OBS is turned on. During normal play, the graphics card is used 95-100% and provides me with 130-140 fps in Forza Horizon 5. When OBS is turned on, the graphics card is used 50-60% and the frame rate drops to 40-50. This happens regardless of the game. I tested in CS2, League of Legends, Forza Horizon, GTA V and several others. I have searched all over the internet and have not found a solution. I am using translator to communicate, if I am unintelligible then I apologize.
