I already tried so many things, reinstalling, deleting, cleaning.. I will just try to reinstall the windows and if it doesnt work not even like that I give up.

I wonder if this is still a Razer Kraken issue. Disable the Kraken Launcher in msconfig's Startup tab (press windows key+R and type msconfig in the box and hit enter) and reboot, and see if that helps at all.

I managed the problem by reinstalling the windows :)), I went from win 7 to 8.1, its working just fine but seems like my problem where the output audio ( ts, game, desktop ) is so quiet on the stream even if in my headsets is so loud that is a pain for my ears and the input audio ( the microphone ) is so loud ( fixing by adjusting the volume bar in obs, but the other one, cannot.. its maxed out )

thats my only problem that I couldnt figure it out never! I just regret buying razer..
