Bug Report Preview Mode Gets Stuck

Set up a start stream hotkey.

I'm using ALT+F1 and ALT+F2 to start and stop.

I'm on Local Recording.

If you start the recording with the hotkey, but stop it by clicking the button with the mouse, the recording will stop, but the scene will still be open, and you won't be able to stop it. The only thing you can do is shut down OBS and re-open it.

I told Jim a couple days ago before I knew how it happens and couldn't replicate it, and he thought I was crazy! I told him I wasn't crazy! I found it! Ahhhh!!!
