Hey guys, I've been going back and forth on the NohBoard topic (http://obsproject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=3783&p=24496#p24496) and thought I would post here as this seems to be a deeper OBS/Window Capture issue. I'm using Windows 8.
Basically, with NohBoard it works great with Window Capture when I'm not in full-screen. As soon as I switch to full-screen BF3 or Borderlands 2, the on-screen keyboard stops showing the key-presses on the stream. I also tested Game Capture and that does show key-presses even when in full-screen, working as expected.
I tested using http://timer.onlineclock.net/ with the same result. Window Capture updates it on-screen until I go full screen, then the timer would appear to "pause" on the stream, while it was still updating on my computer.
I tested using CMD to ping google.com, and surprisingly, that updated on the stream whether or not I was full-screen.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or issue with Window Capture, or if it's something to do with Windows 8 and how it manages full-screen vs windowed mode. Any help would be appreciated!
