So, after some messing around with the noise gate it acts rather erratic at times. Sometimes while I'm talking it'll just cut out and then pick back up (like it shuts off halfway through) even though I'm above the cut out threshold. Changing the cut out threshold doesn't seem to change this at all. Sometimes when I start talking it wont kick in till I'm partway into the sentence even though looking at the volume indicator I'm above the cut in indicator.
I noticed earlier tonight I was talking and it just wasn't showing up on the stream even though the volume indicator for the microphone showed me talking (it kicked in).
it also seems to really easily pick up things like typing, but wont pick up when I'm talking into the microphone in a normal fashion. The cut in and out are setup appropriately as well.
