Bug Report Microphone stuttering/crackling while streaming

Hey there,

I noticed this issue for 2 days now and it really bothers me (and certainly the viewers) when I stream. I'm positive this is experienced only in OBS and w/ no other audio recording software.

The microphone audio stutters and cracks, I don't know where this comes from. When I record audio on audacity everything is fine, but w/ OBS it seems not to work right.

I'm using a Blue Yeti microphone. The interesting thing is that I've been using OBS for a couple of months now, and this started only a few days ago.

Maybe is there a link w/ new test builds ? I don't know.

Any help would be great ! :3

Have you tried the new test build? Jim has been changing a lot of audio stuff with it: http://obsproject.com/download

You might want to post the issue in the experimental test build discussion thread since you're using the test version.

I'll be doing that right away =)
