Question / Help Since week and half my FPS on OBS is jumping, why?

I dunno what happened but after that big Dota 2 event happened my FPS on OBS is started to jump, now I am testing on Hashd and it's the same... It was always a stable 30fps on broadcast now it jump sometimes to 31, but other times to 29, 28, 25, 20, 19, 18... It doesn't deted any dropped frames but I can notice on stream preview that it lags sometimes... Someone know what the hell is happening?

PS: While I was editing this post I was obserwing my OBS FPS with minecraft in background and capture set on it, it jumpst from 30 do 29 fps from time to time O.o

The topic explicitly suggested not to use dropbox and/or file-sharing services like it. Consequently, please refrain from using such services. Pastebin.com will be just fine for sharing your OBS log(s) with us. We don't need to see all of them, just a recent one that includes this behaviour you wish resolved.

I've posted more for a reason because with every one test I was doing, there was a different behavior in dropped FPS. One ware having only small drops, other had a very large ones where FPS ware very low, of cores I don't know which is which, that's why I've posted all of them from today. Those are the recent ones I've noticed that the problem occurs.

Btw. Next time I will try to use Only pastebin (I would normaly, if it wasn't so many logs to upload).

EDIT: Anyway how are the logs?
