This isn't specific to OBS, it happens to all broadcasting programs I use on this computer. FME, Xsplit, OBS limits my fps to around 20 out of 60 when I have aero enabled. CPU usage would be nowhere near 100%; I would cast a standstill image and still output 20fps. Have tested with 30fps, 60fps, and lower. Have tried various resolutions. I can cast at 720/60 without aero with no problems. Any advice?
