Question / Help directx

fyi i've read faq, but still have a question

i'm running win8 x64 system with dx11 on it, still i got D3DX10_43.dll missing error

i've tryed to update dx with link given in your faq, it gives me another error, microsoft support said i can't downgrade my dx as long i got the latest one

would like to hear your suggestions

close all applications/games and try this
