Bug Report Two or More Video Capture Devices Crashes OBS

Like the title suggests, whenever I try to put two or more video capture devices into a scene in OBS, the program crashes. The two devices I am trying to put into my scene are my Logitech C310 webcam and my Hauppauge! HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition.

This only happens (for me) when I have a 60fps video and a 59.94fps video meaning you might have two devices that are say 30fps (Logitech C310) and 29.98fps (Hauppauge! HD PVR 2).

What are the framerates set to of those devices?

If you set both to 15fps, do you have any issues? I noticed w/ my 59.94fps box, if I set it to 48fps, I didn't have issues. Still gonna do some more extensive testing, but this has been my finding; OBS and OBS Studio don't play nice w/ video capture devices of slightly different framerates.

I have removed all Video Capture Devices and tried loading HD PVR 2 alone and it still crashed. So I think it honestly has something to do with the HD PVR 2. Not sure why, bc it worked fine in 0.9.1
