OBS Using Large Amounts of CPU

Looking for guidance...

OBS is using large amounts of CPU and I can't figure out what the issue is at this point

I've already erased my computer hoping that would fix the issue and it has not. I reinstalled OBS and my scene collection and my CPU keeps hitting between 100-200% CPU. I'm having the same issue with Zoom as well and can't run them together. I still have not add back on all my applications or extensions so I know they are not the cause at this point. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you :)

2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel i9
64 GB Memory
1T Harddrive
Running Sonoma 14.4.1

Start by following guidance in pinned post in this forum regarding posting an OBS Studio log from a Recording and/or Streaming session (15-30 seconds at least, please.. link in my .sig)

real-time video compositing is computationally demanding... so, depending on your setup, solid CPU usage is not unexpected. there tend to be numerous optimization options for reducing system resource workloads, some within OBS Studio, others at Operating System level.
