I've been working with this, and have a question -- is there a way to add to the js code that would change REC indicator that the recording is "paused"?

Perhaps just change the image to a two vertical lines icon?

I have seen references that there are now pause features as part of the 4.7.0 release of obs-websocket.

Is there a way to give another person the ability to do switching tasks from another computer on the same network?

It seems that it fails because the other user does not have OBS running, and I would not expect them to.
