So i Stream on Twitch using OBS and Tiktok using their live studio I have a 4080 Super and a AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D 16-Core Processor with 32 GB of Ram, OBS becomes all laggy and gives me a encoding overloaded error while tiktok live studio is perfectly fine and not lagging or dropping frames was wondering what I'm doing wrong and if its my settings or just the games or what

1. At least one of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
SteelSeries Sonar - Microphone (SteelSeries Sonar Virtual Audio Device): 48000 Hz
SteelSeries Sonar - Gaming (SteelSeries Sonar Virtual Audio Device): 96000 Hz
SteelSeries Sonar - Media (SteelSeries Sonar Virtual Audio Device): 96000 Hz
2. Your base and output resolutions are both 1920x1080. Change the resolution on your Elgato Facecam Pro from 3840x2160 to 1920x1080 or less.
