Support for TeamSpeak 3.6.0

This version of the plugin does not support 3.5.6 and earlier. Use the older plugin for older versions of teamspeak.

Works for both 32 bit and 64 bit windows clients. Tested on windows 10, support for earlier versions of windows is dropped in this version.

Enable the plugin, add http://localhost:8079/ or http://127.0.0.1:8079/ as a browser source in OBS, and enjoy your stream!

If you want to customize the overlay, navigate to http://localhost:8079/custom.html in your browser, and copy the resulting url as your obs browser source.

Notable Changes

• Hide non speakers by default. Use http://localhost:8079/?hide_silent=0 for the old behaviour.
• Updated to latest libwebsockets for the build
