    • If you use the template first and move the folder later, it may not work properly.
  2. Create a new Scene Collection in OBS.

    • Go to Scene Collections in the menu bar and select New.
    • If you don't make a new Scene Collection, the template will erase your current project.
  3. Set the resolution to 1920x1080

    • Go to File > Settings in the menu bar or click Settings in the Controls dock.
    • Choose Video in the sidebar.
    • Set the Base (Canvas) Resolution to 1920x1080.
    • Adjust the rest of the options to your stream settings.
  4. Import the template

    • Go to Tools in the menu bar and select Scripts.
    • Click the + in the Scripts window.
    • Navigate to the Podcast_Template folder.
    • Select the Podcast_Template.lua file.
  5. Modify the template in the Scripts window.

    • To reset the template to the default setup, click the Defaults button or the Reload Scripts button.
    • Settings are automatically saved.
  6. Assign Hotkeys

    • Go to Settings and choose Hotkeys in the sidebar.
    • All hotkeys for this template are at the bottom of the first section of hotkeys in bold.
  7. Activate cameras, mics and remote sources.

    • Configure the Host Camera source in the Host scene or add a new source in it's place.
    • Do the same for the Guest Remote source in the Guest scene.
    • Configure the Mic sources in the Host and Guest scenes.
    • Only use the default Mic sources and mute the camera audio, or the mics may not work properly between scenes.
