Question / Help Windows Laptop Suggestions

Hi...hope it's okay to post this here. I have a fabulous Macbook Pro, but it seems like there are several limitations between the windows and mac versions of OBS.

Is there a Windows Laptop around $500/$600 (or less!) anyone would recommend
