Question / Help Window Capture Only Works if Active?

So I'm trying to setup a new stream for League of Legends and I want an "out-of-game" scene that just shows the PVP.net Client (Champion Select, etc.) among other things. I figured Window Capture would be the way to go for this, but the problem I'm encountering is that if minimized, the client doesn't update on stream.

Do I have something setup wrong here?

The client can't be captured if it is minimized. It has to be up. It doesn't have to be in focus -- in fact, if you have Aero enabled, it doesn't even have to be in the foreground. But it can't be minimized if you want to capture it.

I can't find needed window in Window Capture plugin. What I can do to help OBS to find that window?
