Question / Help Window capture does not work

As you can see in the picture, my browser does not appear in the window list. No other window. Just the system ones.
I cannot include OBS in the apps list allowed to record screen because OBS is not in the list.

- MacBook Pro 15 inch, 2017
- macOS Catalina
- 16GB RAM
- Radeon Pro 555 2GB
- I've unchecked the hardware acceleration on Chrome
- I've completely uninstalled OBS and erased the Library folder and installed again the 24.0.6

What else can I do?

this worked for me

0) with OBS not running
1) open terminal
2) paste bellow in and press return
open /Applications/OBS.app/Contents/MacOS/OBS --args -picture

3) allow the permissions it ask for
4) might have to quit OBS and do it again

Bonjour, lors d'un enregistrement je débute avec une fenêtre sur un diaporama et au cours de ma vidéo je dois me rendre sur une autre fenêtre (un autre programme) et revenir sur mon diaporama initial, comme puis-je faire? merci de votre aide
