Question / Help Will I have trouble streaming? Will It lag?

I want to get into live streaming LoL on Twitch.tv and other games. I'm not completely sure if my PC is sufficient enough to run a stream.

AMD Phenom II X4 945
XFX Radeon 7850 2GB
6GB RAM

I have a download speed of 35 and an upload speed of 5.

Will I be able to stream in 720p without it lagging extremely? I just want it to be PLAYABLE in the slightest.

Can some people who use OBS help me out? And maybe tell me what settings I could use? :D

Just try it and see how it goes. You should be able to get some sort of stream going with those specs.
