The title may cause confusion so let me explain:
You have a still image, set multiple position locations in an ordered fashion and the image sweeps between these transforms in a sequential or random fashion creating the illusion of a pre-animated wiggling/sweeping/floating media source.
By doing this, it could be expected that it would require less resources than a media source.
I figure there is some website where you can do this but to nativise it in a plugin within OBS would be amazing! I'd do it myself but uhhhh not sure where to start with OBS plugins...
