Why am I getting this? I have downloaded the latest directx10, I am running windows 7, and my video cards are updated...

Your GPU does not support certain necessary features of DirectX 10. A lot of Integrated GPUs have this limitation. You will need to get a dedicated GPU, or if you are using a laptop, you are out of luck. Sorry. :/

DANGIT!!! I am using a laptop ;_; I just do not want to use xsplit
